In the role I occupy at my company, I straddle the line between strategic and operational responsibilities, with an even split of 50% for each. However, in both domains, there's a pervasive element of transformation. I've never put much faith in these divisions as a means to personal growth; they serve more as a beacon for delineating responsibilities.
You cannot make strategic decisions without fully comprehending the operational advantages and disadvantages, as well as the costs and efforts entailed in the process of transformation.

I'm mostly split as well: 50% Transformational, 45% Strategic, 5% Functional if I had to ballpark it.

I'm split between transformational and strategic pretty evenly.  This team is one that needs direction, but needs to be in a place to follow it as well.
