What tool(s) are you using for SQL Server Database Monitoring (besides just SSMS)? Specifically, I am wanting the following features:
- Alerting with possibility of sending a ticket to Service Now
- Deadlock alerts
- SSIS Job Failures
- Query Optimization Recommendations
- SQL Server Optimization Recommendations
- Point in time report to see what was being ran during a certain period of time
- Other features?
We have shut down our SQL server and moved to dataverse.

When integrating AEM within an e-commerce environment is it recommended to have Adobe sites serve as the glass versus a headless layer (react, other) for the glass?
If a headless solution in front of AEM then is AEM sites more of a content hub rather than an experience management solution?

We are a longtime VMWare customer and have maintain support for our perpetual license annually. We have been told with the Broadcom acquisition that we will be forced to the subscription model and we should expect a large price increase. We just renewed, so we have some time to plan. I'm wondering what others have seen or are hearing around this. If anyone has received their renewal, it would be great to hear some percentage of increase details.
As a normal end user of Terraform, we continue to use Terraform as it is still the more mature Infra-as-Code tooling around. In fact, we recently adopt Terraform Cloud to use the additional team/enterprise features.

We are a bank. Much of our mainframe software is Broadcom/CA. We are considering a migration to IBM products. We would be interested in hearing from anyone whom has made a similar migration. What has been your experience with performance, migration challenges, and costs?
