Our board’s interest in AI is mostly curiosity at this point, not a push for major investment. We operate within existing budgets, and any major transformational investment would go to the board for approval. There’s no formal process requiring a set percentage of the IT budget for AI yet.

For us, board conversations about AI are still exploratory and focused on learning and leveraging value. The urgency depends on the industry; in some sectors, rapid adoption is critical, but for us, it’s more about finding value and learning.
