Overall the interaction has been positive.  If you're talking about the Capstorm's account and support team - it's been great.  We are using Tableau in non salesforce environment (we're mainly Microsoft shop).  So we are using Copystorm for data movement for this.  Initial onboarding on the tool was complex for us - being non experienced in SF and Tableau, we required a lot of support to customize some of the processes on our end and configuration from Capstorm to adapt to our processes.  The account management team was always nice and supportive in escalating where needed.  We also had a third party consulting vendor helping us with implementation - so they were able to support them as well.  No issues at all from our end.  Communication and support was timely and efficient.  It was a learning curve for us in the beginning, but now we're pretty autonomous.
