Which applications of GenAI or Agentic AI do you see delivering most Value (Cost, Cash, Agility, Resiliency Productivity) between Customers and their Suppliers?

If I'm reading your question right, it sounds like you're asking for a projection on how AI will influence vendor management systems.
IMHO, in the immediate short term, gen AI incorporated into a VMS can save time by streamlining text content generation, such as drafting messaging to potential and contracted vendors, summarizing documents, or creating reports.
Agentic AI - like taking a goal, breaking it down into steps and completing each step until completed - would offer longer term possibilities for:
- continuous monitoring and alerting (e.g., supply chain disruption)
- researching and recommending suppliers based on preferred criteria
- predictive maintenance and ordering
- reducing fraud and streamlining workflows (e.g., receive invoice and validate against PO, note anamolies, route for approval and send payment)
While I don't have experience with these systems, here are a few I found that might offer the specific metrics you're looking for: Jaggaer, Zycus, SAP Ariba, Medius, Coupa, Conexis, Kodiak Hub, Gatekeeper, Icertis, SourceNow.
I see a lot of value in using GenAI and Agentic AI to create smarter collaboration between customers and suppliers. Imagine a system that doesn’t just share data, but understands it in context, spotting demand shifts early, suggesting inventory adjustments, or even rerouting shipments automatically when disruptions happen. It helps keep costs down, improves cash flow, speeds up response times, and frees people from repetitive firefighting so they can focus on higher-value work. Over time, this makes the whole supply chain more agile and resilient.
