Has anyone completed a transition to S4 Hana TMS/GTS/WM? What was your overall experience? What would you do differently?

We were not using GTS in our ECC environment.   Hence did not have the need for transition.  Going live shortly with Phase 1 of our GTS project.   This is for our purchasing and vendor flows.  GTS S4 connecting to ECC.  Next phase will be for licensing and distribution.

What’s your experience with strategic cost cuts versus across-the-board reductions? Which approach has delivered better long-term outcomes for your organization?

We have recently gone live with Manhattan as our WMS in our distribution center--it links into our ERP which is SAP.  We are looking to others to find out how they have established their operating models when it comes to software that is configurable at the business level (within Supply Chain--specifically the Distribution Centers).  What is the role that IT plays with these types of solutions chosen by the business outside of the SAP first methodology?
