You should be looking at it continually. I find that I need a committee of marketers to sit down once a quarter and talk about that among other things. One of the things we talk about is what information is available to us now and what we need and how we will get it.

Continuously. I personally have a quarterly call with our data privacy head. I’m always digging into my current projects and figuring out which are sensitive enough to discuss with them. In addition, my global role implies that I need to be up to date on how data regulations in various countries are evolving. In terms of tracking and content management, we see a lot of changes across the continent (Europe) so it's crucial to always be up to date and fully compliant in all regions of the world.
