What metrics are you using to show the business value of your software team (especially when you’re communicating with C-suite)?
Does your software team often have to go back and forth with other departments to clarify their feature requests or bug reports? Any advice for simplifying that process so new requests are easier to understand from the start?
What’s your cross-functional team make-up under Agile product-oriented delivery? Which team members are included in each POD?
How did you convince your leadership to get behind feature flags (if you’ve implemented them)? Was it difficult, or did they see the value immediately? Would also love to hear from anyone currently trying to implement these.
We are currently installing ClickDimensions on prem but are having problems with packages to get it right? Anyone who have the same issue?
